  The Restify name, the Restify logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Restify or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Restify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
• License
  Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Restify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or their contents; any derivative use of the Services or their contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved and retained by Restify or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers.
